# JCEE-INFRA — Public Software Qualification Summary

October 19, 2026 · First-party engineering report · Version 1.0

## Current result

A reconciled software candidate was qualified and merged into a working integration branch. The tested and integrated Git trees are identical. This is a bounded software milestone, not a production release or physical commitment qualification.

The candidate connects current-use evidence eligibility, coordinated shared-source revocation, target-owned action controls, recovery, and reconstructable evidence.

## Version identity

| Record | Identity |
| --- | --- |
| Tested source revision | `dafce5779d2e256b407d5910ab736e77e7b5cc7c` |
| Qualified and integrated source tree | `46e68f55acc1c4821748158feb89734f3ffd3548` |
| Working integration merge | `3af24d14128c816474c825e59f1efec628ec13ba` |
| Integration time | October 19, 2026, 07:03:44 UTC |

The hosted execution is attributed to the tested source revision. The merge is connected to that execution by source-tree equality, not by claiming a separate run on the merge revision.

## Recorded evidence

| Named suite | Recorded result |
| --- | --- |
| Preserved shared-source fixture through the reconciled implementation | 57/57 |
| Protected restoration and recovery successor | 60/60 |
| Combined coordination | 51/51 |
| Deployment and custody fixture | 17/17 |
| Target-owned evidence ordering | 18/18 |
| Durable revocation coordinator | 39/39 |

These suites overlap. Their counts are not a combined proof total or a general safety score.

Six selected effects were reconstructed from retained evidence. The review checked source and artifact inventories, raw observations, and fresh offline verification. It did not accept saved PASS flags as substitutes for missing observations.

## What happened under interruption

- Tested authorized actions completed.
- An effect committed before its response was lost. Recovery reconciled the committed effect without duplicating it; a subsequent authorized control completed.
- A separate uncertainty case remained pending with no permission to retry. A held outcome is distinct from a confirmed effect and from permission to make another attempt.
- Restored-store cases were evaluated against a checkpoint that survived separately from those stores.

## Scope

The qualification covers one disposable PostgreSQL ledger containing fictional data, one enrolled source with restricted key scopes, trusted installed services and configuration, and restoration while relevant services and transactions are quiescent. A separately protected checkpoint and its configuration must remain intact outside the restore set.

Whole-host or checkpoint rollback, a compromised trusted administrator, arbitrary source configurations, and unmeasured schema or cluster changes are outside this result. Useful finite-expiry behavior and automatic resolution of interrupted protected revocations remain unqualified. Alternative recovery protocols are separately identified and are not combined into this claim.

## What remains open

Independent human or organizational review, deployment-specific admission, native C09, physical A4/E003 commitment, and P3 completion remain open. The payment consequence lane is not qualified. No customer savings, production performance, or independent certification is established.

Witness and reconstruction evidence can help establish what happened. It does not replace the actual target's persistence semantics or a qualified timing bound between the authority check and the physical effect.

## Evidence access and review

This public summary was reconciled against the retained engineering evidence. Separate AI review and GitHub-hosted execution provide review and host separation within the development workflow; they are not independent human or organizational certification. Private source, complete receipts, and detailed test materials are not published in this summary. A scoped evidence review can be discussed through [JCEE Labs](https://jceelabs.com/partners/enterprise).
