JCEE PUBLIC REGISTRY

JCEE Labs Public Registry:
results, boundaries, and status

The public registry records what JCEE Labs can responsibly say about selected systems, research programs, and governing standards.

PUBLIC PROJECTION · SANITIZEDMILESTONES + CANDIDATES + OPEN GATES

The registry shows status, evidence boundary, and limitation.

Each entry names a recorded milestone, its scope, and its limitations. Newer candidate work is listed separately so a source-control change cannot be mistaken for a released product.

Distribution, MISE, AP Gate, and JEV were reconciled against the portfolio records and preserved evidence on September 29, 2026. Other entries retain their own dated evidence boundaries. For the October infrastructure P0–P3 summary, including the P3 hold, see the technology page. This page is a selected record, not a claim that every program was freshly reviewed today.

STATUS LANGUAGETHE LABEL DOES NOT OVERRIDE THE BOUNDARY

How to read this record.

VERIFIED MILESTONE

A specific bounded claim survived its named gate and the supporting evidence was preserved.

EXPERIMENTAL

Results exist, but reproduction, transfer, adversarial review, or external verification remains incomplete.

DEFINED SPECIFICATION

A stable public specification or contract exists; implementation and transfer claims remain separately bounded.

ADOPTED STANDARD

A governance rule adopted by JCEE Labs. It is not an empirical result.

Platforms

01
ORDER-INTEGRITY DEVELOPMENTREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 29, 2026

JCEE Distribution P0.1

PRIVATE SOURCE MERGED · REAL WORKFLOW NOT RUN

The initial industry workflow compares purchase orders with sales orders and records missing, mismatched, duplicate, or matching records.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
The preserved September 14 dry run matched 20/20 expected synthetic classifications: 13 PASS, one missing order, five field mismatches, and one duplicate, with zero external effects. The private source merge is verified; the retained pre-merge CI record passed on Python 3.10 and 3.12.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
This review did not rerun the dry run or establish a post-merge CI result. No customer data, email, or live ERP connection; no customer ROI or real-world accuracy claim. Approval for a real shadow evaluation remains outstanding.
NEXT GATE
Obtain a defined company/IT approval before calibration and a limited read-only shadow evaluation.

Execution

01
PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT CANDIDATESEPTEMBER 10, 2026

JCEE VOW 1.1.1.dev3

INTERNAL USABILITY ACCEPTED · RELEASE ON HOLD

The exact reviewed candidate and phased CI controls were admitted to private source control. VOW 1.1 remains the frozen runtime milestone.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
The exact dev3 source was admitted privately. The September 10 reviewed founder-usability return records one synthetic dry run, zero recorded effects, and retrieval of the same full receipt without rerunning the quest. The founder accepted the bounded internal experience.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
Usability acceptance does not establish installed-wheel full-suite parity or production readiness. Release, deployment, and active-root promotion remain on hold. The separate integration-correctness candidate remains NOT_RUN.
NEXT GATE
Complete the separately scoped integration-correctness gate; preserve frozen results and version any repair.
VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
02
PAYMENT EXECUTION ASSURANCE DEVELOPMENTREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 29, 2026

AP Gate

BOUNDED COMPARISON RETAINED · SUCCESSOR NOT RUN

Contract, execution/recovery, and independent-verifier reference code are present. The verifier derives bounded conclusions from declared evidence.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
The practical comparison completed 78 local executions across 26 synthetic worlds and three lanes, with zero scored safety violations. Conventional governed repair fulfilled 9/9 eligible effects, the ELP verifier integration 8/9, and block-only 5/9.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
No incremental ELP value was shown in this slice. One acknowledgement remained unresolved per lane. A successor equal-information comparison is design-only and has not been run. Native target integration and production payment control remain unqualified.
NEXT GATE
Resolve the separately governed execution bindings before implementing or running the successor comparison; retain the conventional governed-repair reference.

VOW I1 Integration Correctness

SEALED CANDIDATE · NOT RUN

The separately scoped integration-correctness evaluation for VOW.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
A sealed 32-test candidate is recorded. Its presence is preparation, not a completed execution result.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
No integration-correctness pass or release promotion follows from the candidate.
VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
05
DEVELOPER WORKFLOW DESIGNREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

VOW Developer Experience Bridge

Assurance

01
PORTABLE EVIDENCE CONTRACTREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

JEC 1.0 / 1.0.1 successor

DEFINED CONTRACT · APPROVED SUCCESSOR

A runtime-neutral evidence contract for carrying typed records, scope, lineage, commitments, and declared uncertainty.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
The current register carries forward JEC 1.0.1 packaging R1 with corrected 8/8 validation and the approved variant A. Packaging validation does not prove the truth of a record.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
A well-formed or signed record does not by itself prove that its source was competent, complete, current, or truthful.

02
CLAIM-SCOPED VERIFICATIONREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

JCEE Assurance

FROZEN VERIFICATION AND LEDGER MILESTONES

Research into independently deriving bounded execution conclusions from named evidence, authority, scope, and verification rules.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
JA-P0.3 and JA-P0.4 have separate preserved verification and cross-host ledger receipts. Their specific versions and limits are listed below; they are not one blanket system certification.
KNOWN BOUNDARY

VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
03
INDEPENDENT EVIDENCE JUDGMENTREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

IEJ

LOCAL HARNESS REPRODUCED · MODEL TEST NOT RUN

A separate judgment lane for testing whether a reviewer can rederive a terminal result without trusting the original narrator.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
Frozen deterministic stages remain preserved. The P0.4 local harness reproduced 5/5; the provider/model experiment remains unexecuted. A harness result is not a model result.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
The current record does not establish general-purpose judgment correctness or replace qualified external review.
VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
04
INSPECTION AND REPLAYREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

Evidence Engine

EXPERIMENTAL · BOUNDED SHADOW SLICE

The presentation and inspection layer for claim-to-effect records, verification output, and replayable evidence.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
The preserved synthetic refund pilot reports 11/11 cases and 14 tests. Evidence admission, snapshot verification, and operator display are connected in bounded local scope.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
Presentation does not strengthen the underlying evidence, establish external truth, or substitute for an independent verifier.
VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
05
FROZEN VERIFIERREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

JA-P0.3 Independent Verification Kernel

BOUNDED REPRODUCTION COMPLETE

A verifier that derives claim-scoped conclusions from declared evidence.

VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
03
COMPOSITION AND FAILURE OPERATIONSREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

CRUCIBLE P0.3

BROAD CLAIM RETIRED · NARROW RESIDUAL

The completed successor tests operational burden against a strong conventional composition. P0.2 remains preserved.

LOCAL AUTHORITY-BOUNDARY STUDYREVIEWED SEPTEMBER 29, 2026

JEV P0.1

SYNTHETIC REPLAY RECOVERED · LIVE INTEGRATION NOT RUN

A frozen local evaluator studies the separation between model confidence and permission using supplied synthetic state.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
The September 24 recovered replay reproduced the preserved local result, including the confidence-sweep and provider-swap checks. It supports the specified local boundary only.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
No live JEV deployment, native JCEE component integration, independent verifier, or independent-team reproduction. An otherwise authorized wrong answer can be allowed: permission does not prove semantic correctness. The successor design remains NOT_RUN.
NEXT GATE
Keep successor implementation and execution on hold until its required bindings and verification boundary are established.

Standards

01
RESEARCH GOVERNANCEAUGUST 13, 2026

JRP-000 · The Evidence Boundary

ADOPTED STANDARD

The public standard governing claim cards, evidence packages, admission gates, verdict language, limitations, and corrections.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
A governing JCEE Labs research standard.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
An institutional standard, not an empirical result, external consensus standard, or independent certification.
VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →
02
INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCEAUGUST 31, 2026

JCEE First Principle

ADOPTED STANDARD

Hypotheses may begin with experience, intuition, coherence, imagination, serendipity, faith, love, or felt meaning. Consequential authority still must be earned.

WHAT THE RECORD SUPPORTS
A governing separation between hypothesis generation, empirical claim, system state, and consequential authority.
KNOWN BOUNDARY
The principle does not settle metaphysical questions; it constrains what JCEE may claim or authorize from available evidence.
VIEW PUBLIC CONTEXT →

Evidence-first does not mean publishing every artifact.

JCEE may withhold source code, private evidence packages, attack corpora, security-sensitive details, patent material, customer information, and counsel work product while still keeping each public claim inside a clear evidence boundary.

A withheld artifact cannot be used to make an unlimited public claim. Where independent review is required, it must occur through an appropriate confidential process.
