JCEE Distribution P0.1

The preserved September 14 dry run matched 20/20 expected synthetic classifications: 13 PASS, one missing order, five field mismatches, and one duplicate, with zero external effects. The private source merge is verified; the retained pre-merge CI record passed on Python 3.10 and 3.12.

This review did not rerun the dry run or establish a post-merge CI result. No customer data, email, or live ERP connection; no customer ROI or real-world accuracy claim. Approval for a real shadow evaluation remains outstanding.
