JCEE VOW is an evidence-first execution runtime for consequential software and AI-directed actions.

JCEE VOW:
an evidence-first execution runtime
JCEE VOW is JCEE Labs' evidence-first runtime for software that must act, recover, and remain accountable when execution does not go as planned.
THE POSITION
Capability is not enough.
The execution has to answer for itself.
Intelligent systems increasingly move from suggestions to actions. Once software can change an external system, retry after interruption, or continue without its original operator, a transcript is no longer enough to explain what happened.
JCEE VOW is being built for that boundary. Its public claim is deliberately narrow: within the covered conditions, it produces durable evidence that supports inspection, recovery, and a bounded execution verdict.
What we can say now.
A durable account of covered execution, interruption, recovery, and the resulting verdict.
A model, a claim of universal safety, or an automatic statement of legal compliance.
VOW 1.1 remains the frozen verified milestone. The 1.1.1.dev3 candidate was admitted to private source control and its bounded founder-usability review closed on September 10; release, deployment, and active-root promotion remain on hold.
DURABILITY / LIVE FAULT INJECTION
Break the process.
Keep the evidence.

INTERNAL USABILITY ACCEPTED · RELEASE ON HOLD
JCEE VOW 1.1.1.dev3
The exact dev3 source was admitted privately. The September 10 reviewed founder-usability return records one synthetic dry run, zero recorded effects, and retrieval of the same full receipt without rerunning the quest. The founder accepted the bounded internal experience.
Usability acceptance does not establish installed-wheel full-suite parity or production readiness. Release, deployment, and active-root promotion remain on hold. The separate integration-correctness candidate remains NOT_RUN.

VOW I1 Integration Correctness
A sealed 32-test candidate is recorded. Its presence is preparation, not a completed execution result.
No integration-correctness pass or release promotion follows from the candidate.
Full record →D0 DESIGN PREREGISTERED · NOT IMPLEMENTED
VOW Developer Experience Bridge
A private design and acceptance package exists.
No implementation or runtime test. The public editor naming/release remains held behind the separate integration gate.
Full record →THE NEXT GATE
Keep candidate admission separate from runtime proof.
Source-control admission is not a new runtime-validation result. The sealed integration-correctness candidate remains unexecuted in the current register. Additional integration and reproduction claims require their own completed gates.
